1. SAFETY FIRST
2. You must check in prior to hunting
3. Location of stands must be reported prior to hunting
4. Only use portable stands/blinds or permanent stands assigned to you
5. Do not erect any permanent stands/blinds/ladders without approval
6. Do not damage any trees
7. No screw in steps allowed without approval
8. No stalking or still hunting allowed during deer/turkey season
9. Absolutely no vehicles permitted off-road without approval
10. ATV’S are allowed with prior approval
11. Do not trespass on surrounding areas
12. Weapons must be raised and lowered manually from stands
13. Safety’s must remain on at all times until positive ID of target is made
14. Only attempt good clean kill shots
15. You must make every attempt to locate wounded game
16. Wounded game not recovered must be reported
17. Only harvest adult mature game to preserve our future hunting
18. All game must be checked in before leaving the ranch so we can accurately keep records of the harvest for management purposes
19. Reports of game sighted would be appreciated
20. Hunters/vehicles must display proper ID at all times while on ranch property
21. Practice safe and ethical hunting
22. All county, state and federal hunting rules/regulations/guidelines will be followed
23. Anyone breaking the above rules will be asked to leave immediately and denied future hunting privileges
24. NO REFUNDS of any type will be given
